Der Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht, juristische Rhetorik und Rechtsphilosophie verbindet eine sprachbezogene Grundlagenforschung mit dem Interesse für die neuen und alten Medien (Rechtsrhetorik), fragen nach dem Guten und Gerechten (Rechtsphilosophie und Mediation) und versuchen in der Juristischen Lehre, ob Staatsexamen oder Weiterbildung, Qualität durch Innovationen zu bewahren.
