In einer Welt des Wandels, geprägt von digitaler, technologischer Transformation und Wertewandel gilt es, wirksame Lösungen für die Herausforderung sich verändernder Märkte sowie die Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Geschäftsmodellen zu finden.

Das Kienbaum Institut @ ISM für Leadership & Transformation entwickelt innovative und praxisrelevante Lösungen für unternehmerische Herausforderungen in den Bereichen Human Resources und Organisation/Change. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Coaching-Ausbildung. Partner des Instituts sind Kienbaum Consultants International und die ISM.

Das Institut wird eine führende Rolle in der anwendungsorientierten Forschung für Leadership & Transformation im deutschsprachigen Raum einnehmen und will Think Tank und akademischer Partner für Mittelstand, Großunternehmen und den öffentlichen Sektor sein und damit einen Beitrag zur Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Wirtschaftsraumes liefern.
