Lehrstuhl der Universität Siegen

Der Lehrstuhl forscht und lehrt besonders in den Bereichen Innovations- und Kompetenz-management sowie der internen und externen Unternehmenskommunikation. Auf Basis des systemisch-relationalen Theorieansatzes werden Lösungen für komplexe Fragestellungen entwickelt.

Die systemische Sichtweise geht von einer sozial konstruierten Wirklichkeit aus. Das heißt: Probleme und Lösungen entstehen durch kommunikativen Austausch.

Verbundprojekt: Kooperative Drohnentechnologie und Anwendungen zur medizinischen Versorgung - KODRONA

Kooperative Drohnentechnologie und Anwendung zur medizinischen Versorgung sowie Logistik 4.0 zwischen drei Krankenhäusern in der Universitätsstadt Siegen. Das Kodrona Projekt soll hierbei UAS zur künftigen medizinischen Versorgung in der Stadt Siegen erproben. Das Konsortium besteht aus der DRK-Kinderklinik, dem Kreisklinikum Siegen, dem St. Marienkrankenhaus, der Microdrones GmbH, Guntermann & Drunck GmbH sowie der Stadt Siegen.
